Cleanse

Thinking about doing a water and fruit cleanse for friday and saturday.

So I just found out

that low fat cottage cheese only has about 100 calories in one cup, but it has a bunch of protein!

This is a pleasant suprise!

Just got back from the gym

sweated it out and drank tons of water. I’m feeling good!

I’m weighing in tomorrow! Kinda nervous..

my friend told me today that i have a lot of potential, i just need to try harder. I could’ve taken that either way but instead i decided it was better than having no potential and being hopeless.

I am trying, i want to be better for myself. I’ve been working out more and really watching what i eat.

I just need to be patient and not crash under pressure
